Proof it Works! The Haywood Mall Case Study

The Haywood Mall is one of South Carolina’s busiest malls.  Following consultation, product comparisons, and a test area installation, the owners selected cushion-backed modular carpet tiles.  The installation was completed in 1989.

Bonitz initiated carpet maintenance services immediately.  Based on past experiences, the Haywood Mall budgeted for carpet replacement every three years. 

To the delight of the owners, Bonitz’s pro-active carpet maintenance program allowed the mall to save thousands of dollars by extending the life and the attractiveness of the initial installation. With the Bonitz Maintenance program the carpet in this facility was not replaced until 2005.  16 years!!!
