Description:
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION Manage overall implementation of projects -- safely, profitably, and with high quality.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

Manage projects from blue prints to completion.

Plan, schedule, and order material/equipment.

Develops project layout; translates blue print information into actual work.

Schedule/coordinate people and resources.

Crew leader.

Measure effectiveness and productivity of project. Set goals.

Ensure a safe work environment and the well being of Bonitz associates and subcontractors.

Train and develop associates.

Track/document project status on a daily basis.
