Building Solutions is a service oriented group focusing on renovations, interior upfits, repairs and maintenance.  Building Solutions brings together the capabilities of all the Bonitz operating companies and offer them to the end user.  In addition, Building Solutions has the capability to provide a single source contact to respond to the needs of the customer through partnering with other local resources such as electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, HVAC and general contractors.

Often it is difficult to find a contractor who has the time or is willing to do the small projects such as changing the swing on a door, moving a wall or installing a new ceiling.  Building Solutions can provide a complete renovation service from interior demolition to installation of the new floor plan.

With the combined labor force of all the Bonitz operating companies, Building Solutions can meet the requirements of today's business owners.

Load Bearing Panels

Designed for construction up to six floors, Bonitz load bearing panels incorporate framing members, sheer bracing, rough openings, and load-carrying headers and can be used with bar joist, composite metal decking, and concrete plank floor systems.

Mason Support Panels

Our masonry support panels includes climaseal non-rusting screws, sheathing, and brick ties and also incorporates curtainwall framing, vapor barrier, flashing, and support angle as one unit.

SchoolPlex Educational Buildings

School PlexTM is a unique solution to an overcrowded and expanding school population. Fabricated off-site and designed as an alternative to modular or conventional construction, this proprietary framing and finish system features load bearing walls and roof components.

Constructed in as few as 120 days, these buildings can be designed to match the existing interior design and exterior architecture of your campus and remain flexible and adaptable to future expansion.
