Lightweight Insulating Concrete

There are a variety of lightweight systems available for roof deck applications, suited for both new construction and reroof projects. They create a lightweight, fire-rated, insulated, sloped roof deck that is fully integrated and permanent for the life of the building.

Loadmaster

Loadmaster is an engineered roof deck system composed of a high tensile base wtih thermal insulation and high performance Duraflex Mineral Board mechanically anchored to steel sections to provide composite strength.  Through the use of engineered and tested composite action, the roof deck substrate becomes more resistant to high wind and reduces expansion and contraction of the roof substrate, thus reducing stresses on roof coverings and protentially increasing the life span of the roof covering.  Loadmaster can be used in both flat and sloped structures with all types of roof coverings.

Wood Fiber Plank

Especially suited for pitched roofs, wood fiber roof decks are non-combustible, offer excellent sound control, and provide an attractive appearance in areas where an exposed roof deck is desired.

Steel Edge Concrete Plank

Providing an incredibly strong, durable roof deck system, nailable planks may be used under anything from slate to single-ply roofing.
