Many maintenance costs and man hours can be reduced by installing matting and soil barrier systems that capture and hold up to 85% of soils typically tracked in and carpet stain protection that prevents soils and stains from penetrating carpet fibers.
 

Certified by CMI, CRI, ISCT, and IICR, our team is fully bonded and specializes in low-cost maintenance programs that allow you to operate with minimum disruption. Beginning with a color-coded floor plan that indicates cleaning frequencies for high to low traffic areas, our experienced account managers hold scheduled audits to track and ensure the life of your flooring as well as schedule required service.

During each site visit, your facility will receive a thorough spot cleaning and detailed report specifying the areas cleaned, challenges encountered during the visit, and extra services performed. To minimize the impact on daily operations, we employ a patented furniture lift system that greatly reduces the need to move furniture during flooring maintenance tasks.
